A Sporting Goods Store With A Mission Beyond Sports.
Sporting World RF was started because River Falls needed it. When the local sporting goods store closed, families — especially those on a tighter budget — lost access to affordable gear in a town that runs on sports.
So we opened. Run by volunteers. Priced for real people. And every year, net proceeds go directly to the River Falls Community Food Pantry as a single annual donation; a collective impact built one purchase at a time.
That's the cycle. You buy gear. A neighbor gets fed. A kid gets back in the game.
Athletes of the Month
Each month, we celebrate two local athletes: one from River Falls Youth Sports and one from UW-RF.

I like playing flag football because I play with my friends and I like learning new skills.
I like going to Sporting World because I can get things I might need and I like to help the food shelf.

UW River Falls running back for the Division 3 Champion team. He played all 15 games rushing for 97 yards with 3 touchdowns.
